ALSOF HET ANDERS FOUT GAAT

“Alsof het anders fout gaat” is a spatial carpet that quite literally gets in the way. Whoever walks across it leaves traces behind, which evoke feelings of frustration and discomfort. The work reflects the conflicting emotions that can accompany obsessive thoughts. By inevitably stepping onto it, the viewer is offered a small, tangible glimpse of what OCD (obsessive-compulsive disorder) can mean for someone.
